British Property Gateway — بوابة العقار البريطاني — is a real estate consultancy headquartered in Kuwait, serving investors across the GCC and the Middle East, with a UK office in London and an office in Dubai for the UAE market. We build UK property portfolios for hundreds of investors, families and students.
Why we exist
Gulf investors have long looked to Britain for stability, a transparent legal system and a property market they trust. Yet buying from abroad often means piecing together advice from agents, lenders, solicitors and accountants who rarely understand GCC expectations.
BPG was created to close that gap. Our headquarters in Kuwait — British Property Gateway for Real Estate Consultancy — serves clients across the GCC, supported by our offices in London and Dubai. Our London office, British Property Gateway Ltd, registered in England and Wales, works with our partners to facilitate every stage of the operation in Britain, and our Dubai office advises investors on the UAE market and Dubai real estate. One team handles sourcing, finance, legal, management and tax. Today we work with hundreds of investors regularly, with portfolio building at the heart of everything we do.
